I've noticed that I'm talking about Keto to a lot of people. When I said no bread on the table please, on the cruise, I got a look then questions, not just from the waiter but the guest sitting next to my sister and me or my husband and me.
None of us are shy about explaining our Keto diets; in fact, we've had so much success we enjoy telling people what has worked for us.
For a month now I’ve wanted to post links on my blog with people who can explain it all better. I particularly need something that will hit the really important parts of Keto I might forget when asked multiple questions quickly.
Drink lots of water! It is so important to a Keto diet that it makes me crazy when I forget to add that. So I’m going to use this blog post and direct people here. If you know of someone wonderful at explaining, feel free to post in the comments. I would love some help getting out the good videos.
I don’t know any of these people and I am not a doctor. All I know is that Keto has helped me drop 37 lbs in 100 days. ( 50 lbs in less than a year. )
